Our souls, our bodies, all of creation emanates from sound. If the sound vibrations that create the form of your self have become stagnant, they will become activated and flowing smoothly into wellness again by resonating with penetrating pure tones. If the strings of our energy body have become discordant from the accumulated "debris" of life's experiences, gently plucking them with healing sounds can shake loose that debris and bring them back to harmonious balance.

With a combination of singing bowls, gongs, and chimera sound healing can relax and soothe static energy or revitalize and activate stagnant energy.

Sound Healing Room

Sound healing is new to me, but I knew it was something I wanted to explore. I had heard that Linda was a sound healer so I gave her a try and I'm so glad I did! It was a very soothing experience and I could feel my body relax during the session. Over the next few days, I could feel my body continue to resonate with the vibrations it had received.
